I do not know who convinced Julie Benz -- always and forever Darla from *Buffy* to me, and therefore much cooler than this, if also an evil bloodsucking vampire -- that she should wear this but I have to wonder if it's part of a plot to get her on *Dancing With the Stars*? It *feels* like something you could might wear while you drape yourself on Derek Hough. Actually, it feels like something you might sport in a remake of *Strictly Ballroom* \-- which, actually, might not be a bad option for both Julie AND the Hallmark Channel, so get on that, kids.
