I get frustrated when people still honor Galliano's work from when he was his worst self, but I guess that's a line everyone draws differently for every subject. And this does honestly look flawless on her. It could not fit more perfectly.

I enjoy her, but I don't really enjoy that she looks like a pirate's new bride on their wedding night.

If Cher Horowitz were real, and paying tribute to her own self, she would wear this.

One thing I find so interesting about Chappell is that she always refers to her job, and her output, as "the project" or "my project" or "our project," as if she wants to make very clear that THIS is not HER. And thus this isn't HER aesthetic necessarily, but what fits the project. I don't like the dress at all -- she looks like she serves a master who is a cannibal -- but I'm hypnotized by her hair.

There is a really fab 70s/early 80s photoshoot in her somewhere, right? An homage to the old magazines, maybe.
