This is very on-brand for her recent style -- and by "recent," I mean like "the last decade;" she used to wear a lot of foofy ballgowns (complimentary, usually). I don't really dislike it but I think the straps need to be taken up a bit; it would still have this super-relaxed vibe but I think it would look a bit more polished.

She looks good in this, but it also sort of feels like someone secretly came along and snipped out the middle section of a white denim jumpsuit.
