## Synchronized Swimming

Kate did not manage to talk either of the boys into attending synchronized swimming with her. I am sure these two lovely Team GB individuals are talking about, say, the perils of the Bedazzled Swimsuit Wedgie, but I like to think that Red Polo is putting the moves on Blue Blazer, and Kate is caught in the middle. What? THE OLYMPICS ARE FOR LOVERS.

ALBERT: They SAY the Olympics are for lovers, Kate....so how about it?

KATE: I'm just going to smile and pretend I didn't hear that. But every time I smile at you from across the room, or we run into each other at a luncheon, or I welcome you into my home, let that smile be a reminder of just how much you just grossed me out. And every time I hug you, that warmth you feel is my hatred burning through. Is what Victoria Grayson would say in this situation. But it feels apt. Doesn't it? Let's just go back to watching swimming.
