Informative Captions says, "\[s\]inger, guitarist and actress Charo attends the opening night dinner reception for 'Evita' at Chasen's Restaurant on January 13, 1980 in Beverly Hills, California." I say, this is a timeless expression of joy and fancy pants and as such is to be *treasured* as the treat that it obviously is. Fun fact: That Chasen's is now a supermarket. Albeit it a fancy one. You could totally wear gold lamé pants there, and I hope you do.
