A few women are wearing pantyhose and my theory is that it's because they were in the play and wore them on stage and ugh what a pain to change. Leaving that aside: This dress is SO cute on La Dratch, whom I love, and who I used to see at the Village Idiot, a bar in Los Angeles, and she was often wearing cute boots. She looks super.
