I just... love this. The lone sleeve, the detailing... way to go, Donatella. This is a dress that feels EXTREMELY unique and special. However, I ONLY just now noticed that there's a seam tracing one of her boobs, and that is not my favorite, but honestly it's sort of hard to see so I might pretend I didn't. La la la.

Rita Moreno

Rita here is wearing the same dress she wore in 1962, when she won for West Side Story. She has taken IMMACULATE care of that -- and of herself, if she can still wear the same clothes she did 56 years ago -- and I LOVE that she's pulled it out again. See? There IS life after archiving for some of these! Will any other celebs take requests?

This is fantastic, too, honestly. I got a chuckle out of her bit at the show, where she cued the lighting to dim until she was under 40 again. It's a good and bold gag for an actress in a generally ageist industry, but also the kind of thing where people will look at her and be like, "Holy shit, is she seriously over 40? Wait, she's 50?!? Wow." So she wins BOTH ways there. Team Sandy.

I'd like to thank Jennifer for giving me a hair photo I can take to... well, I never actually get my hair done because I do not live a fancy life. But if I did, I would bring this and be like, "THESE are the curls I pretend I have in my mind's eye." As for the dress, I am never a HUGE fan of that pelvic cut - she's worn a similar cut before - but overall it works on her. I actually think the tiny, thin straps would have worked better if she'd added a lot of thin necklaces, as they did in the Look Book. It feels edgier that way.

This reminds me distantly of the Givenchy Emma Stone wore last year to collect her trophy. It's really just the slight drop-waist and fringey skirt, along with the sparkle, so... not idenitcal. Second cousins? Anyway, Gal looks great in it, because she can pull off any cut of anything. Also: TWIRLY.

I don't have a credit on this as of this typing. I think... I would have enjoyed this more if it were redesigned without the lace? It feels too extra with all the gold pattern in there as well.

I did laugh out loud when she presented the jet ski, though. Wait. WAIT. WHO WON THE JET SKI.
