This is definitely nowhere near as bananas as a Monse outfit would be, but it's also more Off White than OdlR.
Oscar would have liked this, though, I think. It's like what you wear to go on a picnic when you are a person who doesn't realize "picnic" doesn't mean "brunch at the Bryant Park Cafe."
If we were still in the era of Taylor Swift being papped at her New York apartment, she'd do it in this.
And those shorts feel VERY Oscar, but I think he'd have made it into a strapless tea-length dress, or maybe a blouse. So this is the more modern spin on that technique.
