Please know that I DON'T actually think this is the worst dress of the night -- I actually really liked the IDEA of it, but I'm so upset by how unflattering it is on her that I'm giving it a nomination just so I can shake my fist at it one more time.

I'm sure it makes me the Enemy of Fun that I am nominating this, but seriously, these are ridiculous. Not EVERYTHING has to be about being a goofball, Pharrell, and in fact, sometimes it makes more of a statement when you keep it classy.

This pic is from the post-party, but she wore that ON THE TELEVISION during the ceremony and WHY. It makes the most sense juxtaposed with Julia's outfit, because I think the existence of that ensemble really crystallizes the terribleness of Whoopi's.
