The hair works on both of them, too (although we've seen Charlize with a pixie before). They both have great faces. Which is not a shock with Charlize, but with Miley... I mean, clearly her face was always great. But anyone who saw *The Last Song* was probably unable to SEE that because she spent so much time making crazy expressions of bitter anguish and then hit herself under ten pounds of rat's nest.

The dress itself is forgettable from the front. I wish she'd punched it up with a really bright accessory -- necklaces, maybe, or at least better bracelets and a cooler clutch. It needs something. I WOULD have floated the idea of a belt, except...

The back is super sexy and doesn't need any crazy strip of leather stretching around there, messing with its mojo. Although maybe that chain down there could've continued around the front and become something a trifle more elaborate, just to give some definition and pizzazz around the waist. I want ZEST, y'all. ZEST on a triple-word-score tile.
