Once I blinked that sensation away, though, I decided I quite like this. The details on the skirt give it a nice dose of romance. Although I do agree with the people who were unsure about the WWE Championship Belt she was saddled with there, which we should now examine in close-up. ## Brie Larson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/02/GettyImages-512920424.jpg) It IS intense. I also don't really like that it tapers such that you can see the black band underneath because if the point is to obscure it then OBSCURE IT. I do also think the red jewel in the middle reads a wee like a gunshot wound. Honestly? HOORAY. Basically, I was noting that from the back the belt doesn't look any less like last-minute problem solving. Even if it WASN'T, and was in play all along, it gives off the appearance of a quick fix. And that skirt is really lovely as she moves. Too often, these custom frocks end up bizarrely tailored, so at least Brie's is an immaculate fit. On balance I am very, very fond of this. Give that Glam Squadder a raise, Brie. ## Brie Larson in Monse ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/02/GettyImages-513074414.jpg) This was perhaps one of the only Monse dresses at that show that I didn't THOROUGHLY dislike. But I'm still not on board, particularly. I don't like the matching satiny shoes with it, and while the very top is okay, the skirt shape isn't ideal. It's not as loving to her body as the Gucci, for sure, but on the plus side, it's SUPER loving to free passed apps. ## Brie Larson in Chanel ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/02/GettyImages-512783302.jpg) She looks good in this, but that is not the same thing as suggesting I LIKE this. It might be a skirt and a top, and while I don't understand the key ring in the belt, I do at least like the rest of it. [Oscars Fug or Fab: Brie Larson in Gucci and MonseA reader Tweeted us last night something to the effect of being unable to warm to Brie Larson, and I honestly wondered at the time if that was the ONLY person in the WORLD who has ever said such a thing. I find her almost startlingly likable. And maybe that's why I'm feeling affectionately toward this gown, which was divisive on Twitter. Let's discuss.
