Okay, I know People Are Divided about this dress, but look at her expression! Irrepressible!

As far as the dress goes, I like it. I think it's age appropriate and elegant on her. Classy. A good color. It fits. It's well-constructed. I'm considering this one a win. The jacket is a bit unusual, but I think it works for her. I AM POWERLESS BEFORE YOUR CHARMS, GLENN.
