Have you ever wondered what Jennifer Hudson would look like if she were beamed into the opening credits of *The Real Housewives*? This is it. Her voiceover line would be something like, "When I said I was not going, I meant it." She would also be the best dressed Housewife, because this is fun. I merely wish this skirt didn't have such an aggressive slit. Sure, it means she can walk with ease, but walking is totally overrated.

I like to imagine that the conversation here goes something like, "wow, you are awesome."/ "No, YOU are awesome." Whilst Kerry Washington is standing there thinking about Fitz and Noel.

But MY GOD she can sing, and I think almost every Academy member who saw her absolutely kill on "And I Am Telling You I Am Not Going" last night thought, "yeah, I'd vote for that again." I thought the Oscars telecast was pretty wretched, but CZJ, Shirley Bassey, Adele, Babs, and Hudson were bright spots. It says something that, on a show peopled with casually sexist "jokes," the women were highlights of the scripted portion of the evening. And what it says is, "keep talking, little man. You're only hurting yourself."
