You guys know I love gold. I am forbidden from buying myself anymore, even. But this dress is a mess -- and it's only 2/3rds of a dress to begin with. Moreover, she is so bronzed -- and not in that I Just Spent a GREAT Week in Capri kind of way. In that AW SHIT, I Fell Sleep On the Patio Again kind of way -- all that, and somehow her hair is both limp AND crispy. In short: Yikes.

This fraction of a frock is also sitting a wee bit too low on her torso, right? I feel like she looks like Malibu Barbie after a VERY very long night.

"Should I just bust out my high kick here? No. No, I'll wait. You're right. I'll wait."

"Instead, I'll compromise with a goofy walk. Wow, this dress DOES provide for ease of use."

I, too, wish you peace, Kate Hudson.

[Oscars Fug Carpet: Kate Hudson in Maria Lucia HohanThis dress looks like it's made out of the aluminum foil blankets they wrap around victims of exposure. Huh. I guess that's applicable in this case, too. \[Photos: Fame/Flynet\]![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2016/03/ffn_kmff_vanity_fair_1_2272016_51982727.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/oscars-fug-or-fab-kate-hudson-maria-lucia-hohan-03-2016/)
