Torrey DeVitto here occupies a special place in my heart. Sure, she's on *The Vampire Diaries*, which is awesome. (She's also married to Paul Wesley, which isn't too shabby either.) And she's in *Pretty Little Liars*, which is also great. But I love her most for being Nanny Carrie, the lunatic who kidnapped BOTH a child and his grandfather, who was later killed with an axe in a cornfield, on *One Tree Hill*. Way to go, getting invited to the Oscars, Nanny Carrie. Please don't axe me over what I'm about to say.
