This is so freaking good, I'm actually misty. She NAILED IT. Man, if she could do it this well all along, why was she holding out on us? Was this a JOKE to you, Chastain? Were you TOYING WITH US, jerking us along on your Space Mountain of ups and downs, making us exhilarated and nervous and sometimes a little bit sick, until we needed Pepto two days before we knew we'd see your picture? MY POOR NERVES.

And her FACE. It's so GOOD. I mean, we knew it, but it always felt like she had a deck of four cards -- hair, shoes, makeup, dress -- and was only ever allowed to pull two of them at once.

I actually like three of the four cards here: It's the shoes I can't deal with, yet again. The hair is perfectly tousled for this event, and the dress... I don't know what it is, exactly, but I know I like it on her. But I think she brought the shoes from a shop on Hollywood Boulevard.

Cute, boring shoes, might not fit -- but honestly, I am still on such a high from her ending awards season on an up note that I don't even care. I'm all in. YOU'VE WON, Chastain. And not a minute too late.
