At first I had no idea what Heidi Klum was doing with this thing.

Even the usually too-supportive Giuliana, across the street from Seacrest on her perch in Second Fiddleville, said of this, "That's, ah, wow," and then complimented the hair. That dress has no context unless she's wearing a bonnet, skipping, and carrying a basket of flowers. But then, after she walked the Oscars red carpet, she headed straight to Elton John's viewing party...

... where it was revealed she was in costume as Kelly Osbourne's hair. Mystery solved! You know Heidi -- she does love Halloween. Even if she's eight months early.
