(Photo by Bruce Glikas/WireImage) Zoey is growing out her Jean Seberg pixie right now, and while this is a pretty dress, I think it belongs short with kicky shoes and a great purse. She is so cute and charismatic on-screen; she's probably a very good Emily, but also maybe should have been Emily ten years ago. (Sorry. I think some of this for me is that *Our Town*truly is inseparable from high school.) ## Katie Holmes ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177853027-1728961348.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Katie Holmes attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) The play is very sad, and so is this outfit. ## Ephraim Sykes ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177855005-1728961324.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Ephraim Sykes attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) This gentleman IS extremely handsome, and doubtless a dreamy George. He even makes all that Thom Browne quirk work. ## Jim Parsons ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177867906-1728961291.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Jim Parsons attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) Some people are born for beards. I do not believe Jim Parsons is one of them. ## Julie Halston ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177851054-1728961370.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Julie Halston attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) Bitsy von Muffling is in this show. I believe one review I read was basically that it feels like Bitsy van Muffling actually IS in the show. ## Mary Beth Peil ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177869382-1728961269.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Mary Beth Peil attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) And another great theatre broad! I miss her snooty conniving mother-in-law from "The Good Wife," and I like her scarf. ## Nina Dobrev ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177975578-1728961222.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Nina Dobrev poses at the opening night of the revival of "Our Town" on Broadway at The Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Bruce Glikas/WireImage) With respect, I think wearing giant sleeves to a Broadway show is a little inconsiderate of the people behind you. ## Andre de Shields ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177869874-1728961246.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: André De Shields attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) However, this snappy coatigan is delightful. ## Kaitlyn Dever ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177868514-1728961257.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Kaitlyn Dever attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) So somber! ## Jimmy Tatro ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177863304-1728961302.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Jimmy Tatro attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) Jimmy is an actor who will always be most memorable to me from *American Vandal,* although he had a sitcom recently too. From what I can glean, he has been dating Zoey, and he sort of looks like he anticipated watching from backstage. ## Cynthia Nixon ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177867363-1728961280.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: Cynthia Nixon attends the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) Her coat is fabulous. ## Lea Thompson and Howard Deutch ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/10/GettyImages-2177865677-1728961313.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 10: (L-R) Lea Thompson and Howard Deutch attend the Broadway opening night of "Our Town" at the Barrymore Theatre on October 10, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images) We open with Zoey, we close with her parents, one of whom looks like she's wearing some kind of academic-based varsity jacket from a wizarding school. I always think Zoey looks just like Lea, but looking at these two, you can see she really is a mix of them both.
