Possibly forever, depending on what happens when she does get around to passing through the stones. It's also a bit boxy and shapeless, which seems accurate to the time period (I am not a great fashion historian). I keep wondering how easy it was to get on and off. So when the door opened and this woman went from smiling to looking like she wanted to throw up all over Claire's shoes, I said to my empty office, "UH-OH BUZZ." ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/09/outlander-season-3-episode-3-recap-23-1506478601.jpg) Granted, I would look nauseated too, if I showed up at my lover's house and bumped into his wife and she looked like this. I wish Frank had gotten more. I know it's all makeup, but with his hair and skin and blackened fingernails, do you think Sam Heughan ever feels clean while he's shooting? ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/09/outlander-season-3-episode-3-recap-29-1506478657.jpg) MURTAGH. He, adorably, has a swatch of his family tartan on his person. Jamie warns him about the punishment for being caught with it, so he stuffs it into a crack in the wall. Let's be brutally real: I am surprised this did not wreak havoc on his bowels. During a man hunt. (I think it might be the first time he's said it this season. For sure he bit it back earlier with Murtagh.) Our last look at Murtagh is him furtively glancing over his shoulder at Jamie, as they're split up. Given that *Outlander* gave a hero's speech and death to some dude I don't even think we'd SEEN before in the premiere -- the one who got executed right before Rupert -- I can't help but think Murtagh is not gone for good. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/09/outlander-season-3-episode-3-recap-03-1506478482.jpg) Apparently they traveled like this for three days in silence. Jamie's calves must be screaming.
