Murtagh, you look saucy with that rude bonfire behind you, but your behavior really is not going to impress Jocasta one bit.

Oh, just another night at Mardi Gras.

Man, so many redcoats love nothing more than to ride alongside Jamie and listen to his accent. I can't say I blame them.

I didn't get very many screen grabs here, but it seemed important to provide you at least ONE of how attractive Sam Heughan is when he's crabby. Also, we need to celebrate his abandonment of man bangs.

This screengrab perfectly encapsulates my feelings about these two, their chemistry, how they're written, and often how they're performed. It is accidental perfection.

Please enjoy some ENORMOUSLY fake-looking guts, which were in the foreground for so much of this conversation. I laughed out loud when Claire took the time to cover the man's perfect, intact face, and left that hanging out. Also, she opened and then closed both the door AND the curtains without washing her hands. CLAIRE. Hygiene, mistress!

I love how Claire's hair looks in this shot. It's loose, breezy, tousled, awesome. And then she takes Marsali and leads her inside...

... and suddenly her hair has been tightly curled and hangs about four inches shorter. Perhaps the force of Marsali's shriek caused it to retreat into itself.

I mean, I don't blame her. This is a lot to spring on a person, Claire, never mind the odor or the fact that his face is green.

So... wait. At the wedding, this house was unfinished. Jamie left a week later. How is it complete and perfect and decorated and wholly lived-in? Did he make the entire town agree to be his interior designers while he was away? Who is killing the goats?

The regulators have an ENORMOUS camp here, which also does not seem like a group that is trying too hard not to be seen. Mr. Regulator, will you stand up please?

Oh, good, Murtagh has Captain Jack Sparrow on his team. That's real discreet.

Welcome back, Billy! Nice coat. Sorry about Brianna, but honestly, she's kind of a pill.

Jamie is going to wish he wasn't so fond of proclaiming WE ARE THE FRASERS OF THE RIDGE, because it's going to make this SO much easier for his nemesis.
