Also, a commenter last week said that apparently they DID shoot the rape scene and then in the edit decided to reframe the sequence to be about the bystanders' inaction, and... I echo that commenter in saying how VERY hard it must be as an actor to put yourself through that kind of a scene and then have all of it thrown out. ## Lizlander ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2019/01/outlander-s4-e9-recap-gfy-2-1546499405.jpg) Lizzy is nothing but nice and supportive to Brianna, and she gets shot down for her trouble. Also, let's give it up to Claire for still looking freaking great in her sweater wraps. I can sort of see that combo in her, can't you? Unfortunately that isn't helpful for the matter at hand. He seems like her big brother.
