I actually think this dress is REALLY pretty, and certainly appropriate for a Top Model finale, where you're allowed to be a little flashy. I wish it could decide on a hemline, but...you know. It's 2016. None of us are perfect. (She's apparently "the jury president for Top Model Belgium 2017," which...sure!)
