So, we could give her a pass for this photo, assuming that she's in the process of relocating. The satin pants are a mess, the skirt seems poorly tied around her, and... you know what, I don't think I even need to check every box. You can see it. This seems to be aiming for swashbuckling and instead it's just buckling.

And here, you can only see one leg and can barely really tell it's pants unless you stare hard.

NOW her pose also seems impatient, as if she'd just like to get ON with the joyless business of wearing this outfit, please. I don't blame her for that, but I also wonder if, for example, a Coco Rocha would have been able to nudge this up a few notches.

Virgil Abloh, inexplicable (to me) fashion darling, was recently featured here as the designer of Serena's cool-in-theory, weird-in-concept French Open outfit. This might be following that lead. I think Gigi can carry off a lot, but she looks utterly bogged down in this overwrought hodge-podge.

First, the optical illusion that this red carpet is serving throws me off the MOST in this photo because she's standing on the silver, which makes it look like she's balancing on a metal sculpture. I LOVE this look on her but I wish her hair had a little more volume up top too?

See-through pants and sawn-off pants. That's quite a duo. HOWEVER, these two -- per a non-blind blind item on The Cut -- apparently ordered Chipotle to be delivered to them at the ceremony, and that makes me want to high-five both of them.
