This about says it all. Our ginger hero, Prince Harry, has been putting on a very brave face for the last couple of days, but he looks tired. As one would be after spending the week in the depths of the Tower suspended on the Rack whilst being interrogated/punished by their pastel-clad grandmother, as a variety of corgis mocked you with their eyes.

But he's trying. Oh, how he's trying. Here, he appears to be offering to carry British swimmer and medalist Hannah Russell's groceries. I half-expect him to turn to the camera and see, "look at me. I HELPING," because this version of Prince Harry that lives in my head talks like one of Heather's three year olds.Yes, you are! Good job!

"See? I can still be trusted to take photos with members of the public!"

"Good show out there, mate. Queen and country are all very proud. Now, listen. Whatever you do, if Ryan Lochte -- or any swimmer. ANY OF THEM. But ESPECIALLY an American -- shows up at your door later wearing a Speedo and carrying a half-empty bottle of Marshmallow Fluff Smirnoff, do NOT go ANYWHERE with him. That is a Royal Order."

"SEE? Pants. Casual. I look relaxed, right? RIGHT? I'm so tired."

"Sigh."

"I want to go home."
