I am neutral-to-positive on this -- although it is absolutely a dress you wear when you know you are not going to win -- but it occurred to me early on in the night that the top of the bodice looks like a fake mustache and now that's all I can see. i'm just pleased she's not trying to sell me any crypto here.

Regular readers can enumerate 10,000 reasons why I wouldn't like this -- it's sheer, pick a sleeve, etc -- but the beading is great and she's kind of working it? (I don't know. I'm tired! There are only so many complaints you can make about formal granny panties before you just lie down for a bit!)

With the caveat that I LOVE her and think she needs to be in everything: This was a wild choice, although not as wild as the runway version of this was. You don't see a lot of under/sideboob at the SAGs, certainly. It feels more like a CFDA red carpet look? On the other hand, I feel like anyone wearing Marc Jacobs on the red carpet anymore gets points.
