She wears this sort of tomboy/menswear thing VERY well and I really like this overall. A caveat: She did a white eyeliner and I don't think it served her well, because she looks a little off in most of the pics, and I think it's her makeup.

Overall, a lovely dress -- does it seem a little too long on her to you? (Tough to hem a number like this because you lose the reveal of the colored pleats.)
