Whereas that is a GORGEOUS color, but the cut of the dress is bumming me out. It's like a very bad Kate Middleton imitation, and it also just doesn't jibe for me on Helen. Something about the match of woman and gown is off. I kind of wish she'd shown up in a sharp suit.

Like, say, this one! Just kidding. (Honestly, Helen seems to me like she should wear devastating shades, one of those sleek tuxedo jacket/capes, etc.). These crazy bright separates are pleasantly unexpected. I think maybe I'd have stuck with JUST the blouse, in the end? Because those shoes need to shine. Just look at how hard even the beam of natural light is trying to give them a spotlight. Luckily, that's why God invented photographers.

First, I really thought this was Emily Mortimer for a while, but NO. Second, Emily Mortimer will be pretty glad that this isn't her, once she gets a load of that outfit. We can't even begin to discuss the pants, or lament the beige shoes, because that jacket-blouse is such an abomination. Did it need a dust ruffle?!? Maybe it should actually become one. She can stuff it under there when she gets home.
