Penelope was in Venice with *Competencia Oficial*, which pokes fun at the movie biz and which [*The Hollywood Reporter* makes sound like a hoot even if it's not perfect.](https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-reviews/penelope-cruz-and-antonia-banderas-in-official-competition-competencia-oficial-film-review-venice-2021-1235008541/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) Honestly, "a hoot; not perfect" sounds like just the ticket to me.
