I just ultimately don't understand why you'd want to wear an outfit that makes you look like you randomly wrapped tulle around your cheap-o undercrackers as a joke and then left the house like that.

She is lovely, and this red is great on her, but the entire thing looks sloppy and unfinished and I just...do not get the appeal. But it's appealed to SO MANY PEOPLE. Is it possible this dress is fantastically ethereal and transporting in person? At this point, that seems like the only possible explanation.
