I am sure I am not the only person to say this -- in fact,[ Samantha Powell pointed this out on Twitter last night](https://twitter.com/sdpowell1?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- but I think part of what is appealing about this Vera Wang frock is how much it looks like [this (much better) Prada dress Carey Mulligan wore to the Met Gala. ](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/met-ball-well-played-carey-mulligan-05-2012/)(Seriously, I feel like Miuccia might be giving Vera some side-eye right now.)

Do I think it might be better on a slightly taller person? Yes. Do I still like it? Sure. Do I think it's FREAKING CRIMINAL THAT THIS WOMAN HAS HER GLORIOUS HAIR UP? YES. I know it's raining. I don't care. When you have Priyanka Chopra's hair, YOU ALLOW US TO GLORY IN IT AT ALL TIMES.
