Emma really, really likes bold prints and funky shoes. Sometimes she and Kristen Stewart aren't so far apart, actually -- I could totally see Stew calling her and being like, "Hermione, right? Yeah, can I borrow that? No, not the shoes, I prefer plain closed-toe black heels. Thanks dude." Anyway, I LOVE aspects of this but I kind of wish the top ran cleanly into the bottom, without the black goofyness.

You know, I like this. It's really classy and striking, and the hit of turquoise is divine. Nicely done, Swifty. STAY SINGLE FOR A BIT.
This seems semi-Xanadu to me, but I don't think that's actually a bad thing.

I feel like I'm supposed to hate this, or maybe think it's too young for her. And it might be, but damn, I don't care. I think she looks great. And considering that all the Cougar Town promos and Friends reruns are making me sad that Courteney Cox does not have appear to have trusted the aging gods to treat her right (what a beautiful woman, whose face now looks different in a way that suggests an unnatural intervention), I am just happy that Aniston looks so fantastic and yet still like Rachel.

Jessica admitted to me in a guilty moment that she didn't hate this. And I am admitting in an equally guilty moment that I don't hate it, either.
It's not bad? But there's something faintly intestinal about it.

Erinn here is on Guys With Kids. Which is on NBC (not where the People's Choice Awards aired), which means I am unclear why they made her to go this, because are any people choosing Guys With Kids? Not to be mean; I just seriously don't know anyone who watches it. Maybe they will start now that she's worn something so dramatic. This is crazy and somewhere I think Minka Kelly is writing her a cease-and-desist letter.

I LOVE her bob. Love it. In a way that's unhealthy for my own hair. The dress is really cute, too, although I wish it didn't have the characters on the skirt. Shimmer is enough. Shimmer with a message is OTT.
I keep forgetting that RLC is married to Elijah from Vampire Diaries. This pleases me anew every time I remember. Rachael looks very pretty, too. Everybody wins. Well, mostly them, but you know.

Hmm. Well, my crush on her is unabated. But the pattern feels a little like one of those ads where Windows 8 is trying to teach you all the things you can do on MS Paint with a touch-screen.

Well, THAT is a date. I am so glad they are using him more on Grey's, because for a while there I was concerned he'd get lost in the shuffle and he is way too pretty for that. I like what Ellen's wearing, too -- somehow it feels perfectly suited to her, and I say that without actually knowing very much about her. It just gives off a vibe of... aptness.
Eh. Too stuffy; no feet. Pass.

Well, she looks pretty, but this is a lot more Anthropologie with an assist from The Gap than I usually expect from her. It's startling.

I say this a lot, but I'm repeating it: Monica Potter is totally the MVP of Parenthood right now. And that is a show FULL of people who are great on it, but she has the ability to make me cry without even saying a word. So does this dress, except in the opposite way. She is so beautiful and it is so... underwhelming. And tutu-adjacent.

I have no idea what the gimmick was for this, but I'm not sure I need to know, either. My imagination includes Olivia Newton John and I'm happy that way.

Also, I can't do that, and I am younger than Monica is. So. That is well played. AND, this is a nice transition into what host Kaley Cuoco wore all night. This photo, I've decided, is a still from the world's greatest wedding toast.

This is a prettier version of tutu-adjacent. It can be done.
And THIS is tutu-adjacent in a way that's less inspiring to me. I don't HATE it, but I'd rather go read Trumpet of the Swan again than see an Ice Capades rendition.
I will take one of these, please. But she can keep the shoes. Fair deal.

I'll be honest, I am more intrigued by this than I expected to be, but we need to do some work here. Starting with the horribly cheap-looking transparent fabric they used on it. If you're going that way, please at least don't use something that looks like a t-shirt that's falling apart in the wash.

This... is one dress draped over another one, no? Sometimes more is just more, as they say. Which I also apply to the trend of changing outfits every fifteen minutes when you're hosting an awards show. REALLY increases your potential for error. One cute dress is hard enough, no?
