I like this better than Lucy Hale's similar take - at least this looks more Cocktail and less Kitschy Cocktail Waitress. That said... you know. All the usual.

She wore heels on-stage and then traded them for some Dior trainers, which... whatever. That just gives this the vibe of a figure skater who's taking a break between practices. HOWEVER, I love her hair right now. That short cut is growing out a sassy treat.

I can't with your skirtpants.

I thought this was Sophia Bush at first. Like... seriously, did Sasha try some new nose contouring, or something? The dress is cute enough, though, if a wee squeezy.

I have a really mean question. And that is: Did Meghan Trainor REALLY win Favorite Album? I didn't know anyone liked any of it other than "All About That Bass," which is a song I personally cannot abide either. She was up against The Weeknd, Drake, Imagine Dragons, and Fallout Boy, which... who are the people choosing this? I'm glad it's not the same answers all the time as the Grammys and Billboards and whatnot, I guess, but... anyway, my original point was whether I wonder if she won or if she "won" based on a) willingness to attend, and b) major willingness to attend.
She has on great shoes, though, that's for sure.

I know, Stamos. It was weird to me, too. This whole ceremony feels specifically tailored to the mid-B-list, with a couple As sprinkled in there for legitimacy. Which is FINE. Actually, maybe it's me that's the outlier. For example, I know ZERO people who ever watched or enjoyed Two and a Half Men, and yet it made a killing in the ratings for a decade. A DECADE.

I need to note that I have never liked Natalie Morales in anything as much as The Middleman, which was just... offbeat perfection, and her very, very dry delivery was perfect in it. I miss that show, and if it were on Netflix now, I think it'd be a huge hit. Or at least a Netflix-sized one.

Sometimes you can just tell the celebs whose philosophy is, "Dress like this one is your last."

This feels like something that got offered to Julianna Margulies first. And then she was styled in it exactly as J.Marg would have been.

Ditto. HAH. Just kidding. JULIANNA, DON'T GET ANY IDEAS.

THIS feels like somene sent it to Taraji and she loaned it out. Reject the romper, Portia.

She's starting out 2016 much as she left 2015: strongly.

I have NO IDEA why he looks like a cross between Sherlock Holmes and Dick Tracy.

And I have no idea why HE has fingerless gloves that match all his black denim.

"I didn't walk the red carpet. But you can't stay mad at me, can you?"

This is all a little Senior Dance for me. She's great on Quantico -- depite an unrootable love storyline with an actor I don't respond to -- and was equally strong on UnREAL, so I want only the best. Somehow she has managed to wash herself out even in black.

I subtitle this, "Does Not Suffer Fools, Yet Is Surrounded By Them."

Supergirl won for Favorite New Drama -- probably the easiest category to win in a given year if you consider how many new dramas ever even last this long -- and she looks fine but BOY that's short for having to stand on-stage and address people who are staring up into your bits.

I know we discussed her already, but this photo made me ragey about this outfit, sequined pants be damned. That tunic thing is JUST A MESS.

She aced it. By which I mean, took an Ace bandage and used it as clothes.

Okay. I'm sorry this very awkward thing happened to Miss Colombia, but at this point, I almost feel worse for the woman who WON Miss Universe. Nobody remembers who she is -- I already can't -- but EVERYONE knows The Woman Who Got The Crown Taken Away. And if she plays this right, she's got it made in the shade. I mean, she's clearly going to turn up on Dancing With The Stars at some point, right? Her fifteen minutes are going to burn a lot hotter than poor Miss Whatever's year with the title.
