In fairness, this photocall WAS at Le Cordon Bleu in London so they did have both eggs and cookware just sitting there, begging to be used. I enjoy that this photo makes it look as though she's flipping her (broken) omelet right into her own face on the movie poster.

Obviously, they also provided paper chefs' hats.

The truth is that there is A LOT happening here -- Dame Helen's jones for a saucy shoe has made a new appearance (to my delight) -- and now that I am not distracted by cookery, I actually think this entire outfit is kind of crazy. Like the wacky pasta you throw together the night before you leave town out of the random stuff you have rattling around inside your fridge, just to use it all up. Sometimes, of course, that pasta turns out surprisingly great. Other times, you chuck it and order pizza. What say you about this: Are we calling Dominos?

[Fug or Fab, Helen MirrenI personally ALWAYS believed that Helen Mirren could do anything, but now "anything" has expanded to include, "cook scrambled eggs at a photocall." \[Photos: PCN\]![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/125216pcn_journey03.xml)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/photocall-helen-mirren-6-09-2014/)
