Toni Dreher-Adenuga here is the reigning winner of *Germany's Next Top Model* \-- hosted by Heidi Klum, which feels correct -- and she is indeed very pretty! HOWEVER, I need someone to explicate what is happening with this outfit. Are...her...sleeves....sewn to her skirt? Is this some kind of be-skirted straitjacket? (A...straitskirt?) Or is she just holding her arms VERY close to her hips and it's an optical illusion? I feel like Tyra, at least, would have notes!
