I can't say that shortened mermaid hem is my favorite look, but some of the dresses here execute it in a lovely way -- I'm thinking slide 12, 17, 18, 21 for example -- and overall it's better than the frocks and coats that actually *cinch* things at the knees. Do not make us waddle, sir.
