Friends, the news is not good here. There are bones of decent outfits here, but so many head-scratching choices. Prabal felt buzzy and exciting for a long time, but if this collection isn't an identity crisis then I don't know what is. Someone, *please*, hand him a map so he can try directing himself ANYPLACE else. Perhaps to Hoiktown, as several of these frocks badly need one.
