(It used to be on display at Althorp whilst Diana's brother, the current Earl Spencer, was in charge of her estate until both Wills and Harry were 30\. It's presumably in deep storage somewhere in the royal vaults now. If I were Meghan, I would definitely ask to see it. Those are also wonderful earrings, which apparently belonged to her mother - an [ultimately very tragic woman](https://www.scotsman.com/news/uk-news/life-luxury-stripped-sparse-tragedy-2509721?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) who left her husband and ran off with the heir to a wallpaper fortune (!!), losing custody of her children. He later left HER for a younger woman, which is perhaps not the best vibe to impart to these nuptials. (Meanwhile, Diana [also did not particularly get along with her stepmother](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raine%5FSpencer,%5FCountess%5FSpencer?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), who seems like she was probably rather difficult.
