Please behold this! It is one of the great regrets of my life that I didn't go see Prince in concert when I had the chance. I just always thought I had more time.

This is a man who could wear a crop top!

This photo was obviously irresistable.

I have the most photos from the Lovesexy tour --here, for example, is this fab polka dot number (and Cat Glover in the background). Many people today would wear this, and so would have Princess Diana.

Another chic and honestly timeless situation.

This pattern -- with the blue tipping -- also feels surprisingly timeless now. (It probably did NOT feel timeless in like 1999, but you would not have realized this due to being so being partying.)

Here, with Sheila E., and Cat

There's Sheila E., and Cat again. NONE of this is timeless but I do think that Sheila E's one-legged ensemble MAY make a return on someone if we get out of this pandemic hellhole at some point. And I will welcome it. Also, something about them being on the grass gives this the feeling that we just caught them at Coachella and ALL of these looks would FOR SURE fly at Coachella.

This was a man who could work a ruffle!
