They seem very happy; the press release, as you saw, noted that they got engaged last month, but I am SURE they were Basically Unofficially Engaged forever. I have to wonder if they were told they had to wait for the Meghan Markle Rollout to be completed before they went for it, and I suspect the answer is YES.
