Okay, so. This seems objectively crackers to me, especially because I do not believe it to be that kind of sweater weather in Los Angeles right now, but: She looks great in this. The color is amazing, and for as deliberately wonky as the cut is, the shape it all creates is good and it fits well? It is ABSOLUTELY not remedial clothing science AT ALL and I could not carry if off, but she really is.

IS it cold in Los Angeles right now?!? It's a no on the flip-flops -- it always is from me, but especially with formal outfits, and especially ESPECIALLY because I detect a kitten heel, I think?!? The rumpled linen and holey bodysuit are also not my favorite. It feels like more of a Chico's Kind of Day than Kristen typically goes for.

Well, she tried a bright shoe, anyway. Otherwise it feels very Sandy from Grease, with the exception that Sandy at least tried to tease up her hair. This looks like low-flow shower drama.

The film is directed by Aron and Gita, the latter of whom went to ND at the same time as I did and lived in the same dorm. She seemed very nice, though we didn't know each other, and she's CRAZY smart and accomplished. I'm thrilled to see her in that hot orange dress and can't wait to watch the movie.
