This is a very busy photo, and cover in general, so it's to her credit that your eyes go right to her face.
I love how this is framed: she's dead center, with the window (or art, or whatever) radiating out from her. It's awesome.
We were only allowed to use three photos and I was REALLY torn between this one and the one of her sitting on a bar laughing; in the end I went with this one because the dress is FABULOUS and regal on her. But seriously, sitting on a bar, standing on a table, standing on a couch, shooting from low angles,shooting from REALLY low angles as she comes down stairs, wearing ginormous platforms... it feels like they were obsessed with downplaying how petite she is? Which is silly. She's perfect the way she is. She's also a f*cking dynamo.
