You know how some pop-culture references stick with you, even though they are not at ALL mainstream and you will always have to explain them? I feel that way about a line from the pilot of an old show, *Made in Jersey*, which was HEAVILY promoted back in 2012 and then yanked after 2 episodes aired. It's about a blue-collar woman who gets a job at a highfalutin' NYC firm, and one of her friends was in every single ad calling her, in a heavy accent, "*Fancy lady lawyer*." All of which is to say that when I saw these outfits on Rachel Brosnahan, I just kept saying to myself, "*Fancy lady reporter*!" Sometimes it'd probably be better if I just said, "Here's some stuff Rachel wore," but where's the fun in brevity.
