# Rachel Brosnahan's Clothes Don't Bode Too Well For Superman Promo

Let me preface this by saying I think Rachel Brosnahan has the right idea -- I think ever *Mrs. Maisel* ended, she's been experimenting a little more with her clothes, and so she should. Try it all! Maybe it won't work, maybe it will, but how else do you know? She's now doing a couple appearances for *The Amateur* and then next up will be Superman in July, her first truly major promo cycle since *Maisel.* I hope everything they've done gives them a refined approach for that, because it's been SO uneven. [The Dior newsprint mini](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/wb-cinemacon/cinemacon-2025-warner-bros-pictures-presentation-arrivals-2?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) was a cute idea for Lois Lane (well, except for the Galliano of it all), but just a little too high and tight on actual Rachel. The [sheer skirt here](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/the-case-of-caitrionas-and-rachels-mind-meld-04-2025/) is just... real bad. And while they're right to revisit this maroon color, this Adeam two-piece just has so many BITS hanging of it. I kind of want to turn the top into a proper blazer-dress, not one with enough weird straps and folds that it looks like a backpack you'd order off Temu and then realize the price of sending it back is more than you paid for it.
