I am perplexed. Carrie Underwood loves mini-dresses. A kids' awards show is perfect for short, kicky frocks. This dress would be WAY BETTER without the long tulle overlay. DO I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING HERE?

KELLY. I love you. But no. (There were actually a lot of outfits from this Balmain collection that were right for this event but you look like you got caught in a mesh fence.)

Trainor and Siriano make a lot of sense together, but I honestly don't think this look makes sense on, or for, anyone. (Here it is on the runway.) It's just VERY costume-y.

This is VERY ON-BRAND for Noah. (And a little muted and underwhelming, honestly.)

This coat is neat, and the dress is good, but together it's a bit like she's trying to sneak through the State Apartments at Buckingham Palace without being seen.
