She looks thrilled. I don't hate this, actually. It just feels very Cavalli. She could totally wear this on The Real WAGS of London, and everyone would be pleased. (I know she and Ashley Cole are divorced, but half the housewives are divorced and employed as well, so I think it'll fly). Additionally, please GOD someone make that show and force Posh to be on it. Posh would be the Lisa Vanderpump of that show and it would be amazing.
