I think this is actually a shirt and pants, and it's BONKERS. It's a LOT. She's sort of making it work, but I think I'd swap out the pants for something... simple, maybe? Or is that the wussy play?

It's actually a sleeveless duster-type thing. I actually kind of like this outfit, although she also looks like she's hatching out of it. My least favorite part might be that the shoes look like she's wearing plaster-colored socks stuffed into Mary Janes.
