I was not super familiar with Danai Gurira, because I don't watch *The Walking Dead*, due to my raging disinterest in zombies. However, I've been paying a lot of attention to her lately because she wrote *Eclipsed*, the play that Lupita Nyong'o is currently starring in on Broadway, and which is getting great reviews (it was also directed by a woman, and stars only women; [this is the first time this has ever happened](https://www.latimes.com/entertainment/arts/theater/la-et-cm-danai-gurira-reviews-20160308-column.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)). She also has ANOTHER play currently running Off-Broadway. And she's still in *The Walking Dead.* To borrow a phrase from another current Broadway hit, she is *non-stop.* I got tired just typing this paragraph. Not for nothing, but she also has a very interesting wardrobe. Let's look at the last month or so!
