I read somewhere online yesterday that this is very much a salute to *Frozen* \-- it was intended as a compliment -- and it really is a princess dress. Who could resist twirling those accoutrement?

This dress! IT IS FANTASTIC. It's the perfect photocall dress: professional but visually pleasing, colorful but simple, very flattering to one's amazing shoulders and arms, if one happens to possess such a blessing.

I know you can't see what she's wearing here, but this photo just makes me laugh and I couldn't resist it. I do not know what was coming down the runway at this moment, but it must have been BAD because they all look varying degrees of stunned and horrified.

[Recent Fugs and Fabs: Danai GuriraI was not super familiar with Danai Gurira, because I don't watch The Walking Dead, due to my raging disinterest in zombies. However, I've been paying a lot of attention to her lately because she wrote Eclipsed, the play that Lupita Nyong'o is currently starring in on Broadway, and which is getting great reviews (it was also directed by a woman, and stars only women; this is the first time this has ever happened). She also has ANOTHER play currently running Off-Broadway. And she's still in The Walking Dead. To borrow a phrase from another current Broadway hit, she is non-stop. I got tired just typing this paragraph. Not for nothing, but she also has a very interesting wardrobe.
