Kate is out and about promoting her book, Pretty Happy, which is her version of the one Cameron Diaz came out with a few years ago that encouraged you to study your feces. I'm being flip, though; basically, they're both trying to tell you to listen to your body and nourish it better, while also not beating yourself up in the search for perfection, and that's nice. Even if also hard to absorb sometimes from someone who basically DOES have the body most of us would accept as perfection.
