I actually think this is really very cute. It's quirky, flattering, and a little bit goofy. In short, it has personality, which is something we haven't seen from Lilo in a long time. Her hair looks good, too.

It's a shame she's got her hand in her pocket here, because it kind of wonks up the lines of the outfit. But I stand by my feeling that this is really cute, and if Emma Stone were wearing it, everyone would be fully onboard.

Ditto on the pockets, and I think this would have been cuter with more opaque tights. But if Lindsay's new look is Slightly Professional Long Sleeved Mini-Dress, I am able to sign off on that.
